General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Complaints Procedure regulating the provision of the service of sales of tickets to sporting, cultural and other events via the sales point www.praguepolocup.com

(hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions")

1. Subject of regulation of the Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of the company NFK Marketing & Management, a.s., having its registered seat at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Corporate no.: 264 39 697/ CZ26439697 registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Dept. B, file 7140, negotiating by means of the chair of the board of representatives Nina Popová (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

2. Definition of terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions and relations between the Organizer and third parties, as well as among these persons themselves, the terms hereunder hold the following meaning:

• Event - the social event Garden Party – finale of the Prague Polo Cup 2019 held on Saturday, September 8, 2019, starting at 12:00 p.m. on the farm Levín – Hvězdonice 53, 257 24 Hvězdonice.
• Organizer - NFK Marketing & Management, a.s. having its registered seat at Kaprova42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Corporate no.: 264 39 697/ CZ26439697, statutory representative Nina Popová.
• Customer - Person, who, by means of the Website www.praguepolocup.com and the service GoPay, purchases a ticket to (enter) the Event.
• Ticket - Certificate (valuable) sent to the Customer at his or her stated e-mail address, which the Customer then prints out and brings along, entitling the Ticket holder to single entry to the Event.

3. Contractual relations

The organizer and person responsible for the implementation and content of the Event is the Organizer. The company GoPay provides the Organizer with sales of Tickets to the Event of the Organizer, based on an agreement concluded between the Organizer and GoPay, Reg. no: 1902332091, pursuant to Sec 2430 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter the "CC").

The Customer purchasing Tickets enters into an agreement with the Organizer of the Event, the content of which is provision of the service of use of free time in a predetermined term, in a form of enabling personal participation of holders of Tickets to the Event for the set price of the Ticket, all under conditions determined in the instructions published by the Organizer and in these Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Event Participation Agreement”).

4. Ticket

The Customer has the option of purchasing a Ticket by means of the Website www.praguepolocup.com with the Organizer and according to the Customer’s selection:

• In the value of CZK 3 600 including VAT, enabling one person entrance to the Garden Party taking place on September 14, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The price of the VIP ticket includes one welcome drink, selected refreshments, water, coffee, soft drinks and a parking spot for one passenger vehicle.
• In the value of CZK 1 200 including VAT, enabling one person entrance to the Garden Party taking place on September 14, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The price of the Ticket includes one welcome drink, water, coffee and a parking spot for one passenger vehicle.
• In the value of CZK 1 200 including VAT, enabling entrance of one child aged 6, accompanied by an adult with his or her own VIP ticket, to the Garden Party taking place on September 14, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Ticket includes selected refreshments, water and soft drinks.

Children up to the age of 6, accompanied by an adult with his or her own ticket, may enter for free. Children since the age of 6, accompanied by an adult with his or her own ticket, must have a children’s ticket in the value of either CZK 1 200.

5. Sale of Tickets

A Ticket may be bought in the following manner:

• on-line via the Web portal www.praguepolocup.com and GoPay.

6. Claims

In case of loss or damage, no replacement Ticket is provided.

If the tournament is canceled, the Organizer shall inform the Customer at www.praguepolocup.com. In such case, the price of the Ticket shall be returned.
